I need some Metadata help

If I put a channel in on a show, in the studio meta tag, why does it not show up when I hit network.

And it only happens for some shows.

Example   Let's say I have a show from another country but Syfy is running it now.  I want it to show under Syfy so I put Syfy as the studio.  When I go to network then to Syfy channel the show is not there.  So when I go back and look at the metadata information it says under studio Syfy.
 

 

Also why on some shows do the External Id's not show up?
I have a bunch of children's DVD's have put on the server but we can't see them when we go through network even though they are set up for a network. In fact even when these shows/cartoons are set up with a Genre, Studio (Network) I can't see them at all.  And they don't let me put in an External Id's.   I know they have them because I have seen them on some of the websites we can link too.

If this is in the wrong area I'm sorry really didn't know where to put it.
After the crash and getting everything back on the server and you guys started MB3 I have been trying to organize everything with all the Meta tags so I can see everything.
