Scoobz 0
Help! I have recently installed a new Media PC and decided to connect it to my Media Browser server. It is a fresh build x64 Windows 7 (It was x64 Windows 8.1 but I thought that was the problem so went to Win 7) My problem is that when launching nothing happens, no login screen or error messages. Heres what I have done: * Uninstalled Server * Uninstalled Client (Cleared ClickOnce Cache, etc.) I will be honest with you I have ran out of ideas!!! Logs do not show any errors just http responses. (attached) Other machines could connect to it without problems. All very confusing Please help! Scoobz 0
But I have just found a fix but its a bit of a workaround. What I did was to take the working version of MediaBrowser from another machine and copy the c:\ProgramData\MediaBrowser-Classic folder from it to the machine that failed. So it must relate to the Installations missing something?!
Logos302 86
since you have worked around it, it too late, but did you try running the configurator and see if it can detect the server?
