MediaBrower not accessible from local network with comodo firewall install with server

Comodo firewall 7.0.317799.4142 active

Please advise what settings I can do in comodo firewall.?

 

   Able to accessing server page with = http://localhost:8096/mediabrowser/web/dashboard.html

Fail: Unable to view server page with another device, Android mediabrowser app, in local network via Wifi, informs unable to connect too.

Webbrowser in android device is unable to connect/view the server page too.

 

Pass:  Using Another windows 8.1 laptop is use via same wifi network, connection successful via browser and mediabrowser app

 

Pass: Disabling comodo firewall, Android device can now connect view server page.!

 

Comodo firewall settings maintain >>

 "System" - allow "to in connect from all local network"

 

Using tcpview app, the connections are with "system" on port 8096, instead of "medabrowser.serverapplication"
