Kincaid 1
Don't know where to put this because there is no subforum for the web interface so I am posting this here. I am using the web client on my htpc because I am tired with setting everything up so that sound and subtitles work properly. In the web client most things work, only thing is that I have to control it via Mobile Mouse Pro on my iPhone. A little bit annoying, but better then watching movies with two audiostreams playing at the same time. Now I realized I could just control it via the web client on my iPhone, I have every feature that I need and starting a movie on my TV works good, but they don't start in fullscreen which is, again, a little bit annoying. For now I have to switch to Mobile Mouse and click the fullscreen button. I learned this is because browsers don't support automatic fullscreen because of security but is there really no way to get this? Maybe a special browser that allows auto fullscreen that I can just use for MB? I remember I read something about an application that basically started the web client in its own browser, but I can't find it anymore. Maybe this would help? Vidman 589
If you are running win 8 there is an app that run the web client as a separate app
Luke 36886
Not every browser allows automatic entry into fullscreen mode so offering such a setting would be tricky
Kincaid 1
@@Vidman Sounds like the app I was looking for, do you have a name? I found a good workaround. I just have to start the fullscreenmode in opera via F11 once at the start. Then there is no browser menu and movies start in fullscreen.
