shawnf 8
Hi I am after some help trying to setup MB Server so what I have in MB Classic is the same on the Roku 3 and MB Theatre. When I go into MB Classis I have 3 folders I can go into. On the Ruku 3 and MB Theatre I have these other folders which Is being created by MB Server and pushed out to these addons. I have tried all sorts of setting in MB Server but I am obviously not finding the correct Settings. I don't want to see the MB Server generated TV Library and Movie Library, I just want to see me 3 folders. I have put "X"'s on the things I am trying to get rid off in the attached screenshots. Thanks Shawn
Luke 37028
you can configure this in my preferences in the web client. the goal is for all clients to start using the structure you're seeing on Roku, which can be configured to look like what you have in MBC. Luke 37028
and in order for any of this to work, you need to switch to the new official Roku channel for Media Browser: http://mediabrowser.tv/community/index.php?/topic/8001-media-browser-for-roku-beta-channel/
shawnf 8
Thanks for the reply. I have been in there but I am not sure which setting I should be changing. I tried a combination of all sorts of tick boxes
Luke 37028
Read the labels and descriptions on the preferences page and i don't think you'll have any problem. make a change, then go to the web client home page to see the result. then repeat. It looks like it is squashed up like displaying 480p on a 1080p monitor. The cover art is all chopped off and squishy (Roku is set to 1080p) It isn't as blurry on the screen just a bad photo. Luke 37028
well report the issue rather than go back to the old one because the old one isn't being updated anymore. so to answer the original question, if you're staying on the old one there's nothing you can do. shawnf 8
Hi I think I have found the Web Client setting you were talking about and I have set them up like this. (I much prefer the little thumb nail pictures, can't figure out how to do them apart from 1st message) I have the Roku selected in the top right corner, so I think I am not doing something right. This seemed to work for the Web client But it didn't so anything for the Roku or MB theatre
