iPad app and Dolby TrueHD Atmos

This doesn't seem to have come up yet but I have a video with two audio streams. one is Dolby Digital 5.1 and one is Dolby TrueHD Atmos. I understand that Atmos is not supported yet. When streaming on my TV the LAV splitter uses the Dolby Digital and works, when streaming from the Media Browser web interface it automatically selects the Dolby Digital stream and works perfectly. However, when attempting playback from the iPad app it appears that the app is selecting the Dolby Digital stream as it should, but playback never begins. Once playback of this video is started and doesn't work, I am no longer able to stream any content off the server that requires transcoding. Content played off my HTPC works fine, but nothing will play in the web interface, on the iPad, or on the Rokus. At this point the server must be restarted.

Essentially attempting playback on the iPad app of a video file with an Atmos stream, even if it doesn't appear to be using that stream, breaks the transcoding capabilities of the server for all clients until restarted. I'm sure this hasn't come up much if any yet, but I was wondering if anyone else could replicate the issue, or knew of a reason why this would be happening.

ffmpeg has got it fixed, so has LAV. Nothing released yet though. But soon.
