Clients repeatedly unable to stream videos over the internet

I've been having a problem lately where any client I try stops being able to stream video over the net.  My parents first told me about it the other day when their Roku Stick wouldn't play any video file they tried.  I tried on my cell phone and the web client (all over the internet) and none of the would begin to stream any video I tried.  I logged on to my MB server and rebooted it and then streaming would work.  A day or two later they told me they were having the same problem and when I checked, I had the same problem on both the Android app and the web client.  So I log onto the MB server today and see there is an update (I'm running so I update and reboot the server and I still can't get anything to stream.

I'm hoping somebody can tell what's going on here.  Here is the log:

There was no transcoding log for the same time period.  I'm assuming that's be cause the video never starts transcoding?

we can't really diagnose that without logs. you're also using running the dev server, which is intended for testing purposes only. so you can also try going back to the previous stable release.

I installed the server update the other day and it seems to be working OK now.  Has been working for the last two days.  Hopefully it's fixed now.

I'm having a similar streaming issue with 2 different Android phones (both Note 2) and my Roku 3 for the past month. I just uninstalled/re-installed MBS, clearing all of the config files and metadata as this fixed another users streaming issues. I just tried to stream a movie on one of  my Note 2's and was playing without issue for 50 mins. Then my wife on the other Note 2 starting streaming a movie to her Note 2 and 13 mins later both movies stopped. My movie that was 50 mins into it gave an popup error "This video cannot be played".

MBS - 3.0.5366.22005

You've publiced you server to the internet without any restrictions, I suggest requiring at least a password for the user and take away it's ability to manage the server!
