Cannot resume video after app is minimized.

How to reproduce:

1) Pause video

2) Minimize app

3) Wait 20 seconds

4) Restore app

5) There are no controls to resume the video.  The only thing on screen is backdrop.  Only option is to go back then resume video.

6) Then when I resume the video gets stuck at loading.  This happens about 90% of the time.

7) Only solution is to kill via task manager then open app 

8) Additionally when this happens the episode is marked as watched when it shouldn't

I have this problem as well. Are you using a Surface RT per chance?

It's an issue with the app and transcoding. I'm looking into how to fix this.

yea i see this on the newest build on my surface pro 1... currently you have to just remember what you were watching and resume from a resume pt (assuming you got that far into watching it)

 

 

on my test it didnt mark it watched (which is correct given how far i got into it)

 

also on my test i was able to properly resume from where i left it off paused
