My main purpose is to be able to stream any video from any website on Windows Server to Roku 3, but I haven't had any luck. The website that I'm trying to stream is from the CCTV channel which is located in the following site: http://tv.cntv.cn/live/cctv4/ My parents wants to able to watch the video stream in the site onto the Roku3.
