Not too sure what is causing this.

When playing a random selection of my own trailers my MBT keeps on crashing.

It will play a single intro/video fine, but when I select play 2 or more random files from a particular folder MBT keeps crashing with this error

"Unhandled Exception: Exception from HRESULT: 0x800C0008"

Ive attached my MBT log file and crash log

This sequence selected in Advance intro is

1. Play selected video file

2, Play selected video file

3. Play 3 Random video files from a selected folder

TIA

Okay, looking at the log, it appears the file you are trying to play is not accessible from the MBT machine.  MBT needs to handle that more gracefully and try and stream the file instead of blowing chow.

Hi

The same files (in the same location) will play as a single selected file but not when I tell MB to play 2 or more random files (in the same folder) so dont understand what you mean?

Cheers

Well, I'm not sure but the error being thrown by MBT was a file not found exception.  It may be that when that happens during normal playback, it recovers and streams properly but in this instance (within playing intros) it doesn't handle it properly.  I'm guessing but it looks like something like that.

There is nothing you can do about this I don't think.  It will have to be addressed in MBT.
