irishmon 0
Hi folks,Need some help please...On roku 3 i am running media browser 3 with the movie trailers plug-in.As soon as i open trailers and select one of the sub menu's (lets say blu-ray)It just boots me out of media browser and straight back to the roku menu screen. I'm a massive noob but am pretty cluey so can follow most instructions. Thanks in advance!!! Roku 3 details: Model Number: 4200x Software Version: 5.6 build 6.0 Media Browser Details: Version 3.0.5395.0 Plug ins: Collections and Trailers Here is the original log from when i first posted the issue (approx 11.30-midnight): https://www.dropbox.com/sh/sdnumub6oa7gz6k/AADTRZY26RLL1wFadgjdwn6Sa?dl=0 Here is the Log that populated straight after i tried to run the trailers at 4.04am Australian eastern standard time: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/r8bmreh7c88zzl1/AACFSBrV2hY4m-F6Et5uoMa0a?dl=0 Update* So the original issue is still happening but when i go into the blu-ray folder it lets me select a movie (i tried 'chef') and began loading, froze for a minute then booted me out back to the trailer (not out all together like usual) here is a video of it happening real time: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/466m4c5lr2mth6h/AACIRFwW1he4DHN2ZLOJ0kYua?dl=0 (dropbox is still syncing the video it says it will be synced in 20mins YES I HAVE ADSL2+ AND ITS SLOW AS!!!) only other notes i can add is i am based in Australia not sure if that's relevant???
