Aztech 0
Hi All, new to this forum, and trying to switch over from PLEX to MB biggest thing I have noticed is that the application seems to be talking back to a couple of IP addresses as well as a dns entry all pointing to cloudflare servers. the entries I have noticed are: 198.41.187.159 108.162.205.86 seems to be a constant "poll" of the servers, and would like to know what data is being pushed, and pulled towards these services and any other IPs out there I have missed. the processes that are using these IPs are "MediaBrowser.ServerApplication.exe Cheers
Redshirt 1487
the mb3admin domain which houses the plugin repository is hosted on cloudflare.
ebr 14912
Cloudflare is our CDN implementation. Any number of things that we serve up to the server application may end up going through them. As Red indicated, one big one would be the plug-in catalog and update checking.

ebr 14912
any way to disable this? Disable what, exactly? We are a connected network app and are designed to keep ourselves up to date with both information and application code so we do need to pull things in from the net periodically.
