ElLoboSolitario 0
I am aware that special television episodes can be posted to a special folder called Season 00. I currently use this arrangement for the Simpsons Treehouse of Horror specials. What I would LIKE to also do is have whatever Christmas specials that have been created placed in a separate folder to retain the appropriate xml data without lumping both Halloween and Christmas episodes within the same folder. Is this possible? If not, then it might be worthy of a feature request (not sure how hard the coding effort would be?)
Spaceboy 2484
well it needs to match with thetvdb.com doesn't it?
Luke 36884
it should be possible. just create a random folder underneath the series folder, then lock it so that the server won't try to fill it with internet metadata.
ElLoboSolitario 0
You're right about whatever is in the folder MUST match what the TV Database says..AND technically, the Treehouse of Horror episodes are regular episodes, so I have to place the files in the regular season folders, wait for Media Center Master to scrape the info, then copy the xml data back to the Season 0 metadata folder. If I were to treat the Treehouse episodes (OR Christmas episodes etc.) as a boxed set collection, I can see that I'd be saving myself a lot of time and effort while retaining the info. The only thing that I would sacrifice is the ability to play back all episodes as one playlist as they would be in the original folders.
