foghat 65
Hey guys, Figured this is the best place for this question (vs. plug-in forum) Currently if one uses an external player (MBT) cinema mode and advanced intros do not work. I assume this was by design? Is there a plan to make these work when an external player is enabled? I get if you use the external player to play the files types used by advanced intos/cinema mode, the experience may be less than ideal (external player opening and closing potentially multiple times). However, I have my external player set to play only mkv's. The trailers (and other files I use with advanced intros) are not mkv files. So the experience could be pretty good. Thoughts? ebr 14862
This is actually specific to MBT so I'll move over there.

foghat 65
Bit of a bump. Any chance of adding functionality so that Advanced Intros or Cinema mode will work even if an external player is specified?

Luke 36887
with external players it's a bit more complicated and that's why it hasn't been done yet. no reason it can't get done at some point.
