Audio delay

I got a small problem that i cant seem to fix.

I got a audio desync and need to add 150ms on the audio delay but i cant get it to be a permanent setting.

I have tried to add the delay in MBT with out any luck and same thing with LAV audio decoder.

Is there a work around or do i have to change it manual every time i start a show/movie?

 

Edit: I were able to add the delay manually in the config file but the question is still why it dont accept the changes from inside the MBT setting.

It stays if you manually input the delay in the config file.
