dtaylor 0
Hi Not sure if this is the place to post this but here goes... I have all my metadata in xbmc style .nfo files. When I look at all my movies through MediaBrowser server they show up fine but I don't have any Rotten Tomatoes scores showing or any of the coloured icons showing certificate etc., I assume I can pick these all up doing a metadata search to pick up these items. The question is which scraper do I use and can it be done in a batch update of all movies from the server window somewhere. If so what do I need to set to do this please? I see references to a Rotten Tomatoes but can't find it anywhere . Does it exist and if so where do I get it?
Luke 37006
for just the score our built-in scrapers will handle it just fine. but if you had pre-existing nfo when you first installed MBS, then we're going to use that data. try going to a movie in the metadata manager, doing a refresh on it, and then see if the score shows up. dtaylor 0
Hi Thanks yes it does on some but not others for e.g Extraterrestrial which I have checked is listed on Rotten Tomatoes. I have set the scraper to only scrape for empty info. Also please, can this be done in one go for all movies rather than one at a time.
Luke 37006
Yes just do it at a higher level folder. We get this data from the open movie database, which works off of Imdb Id. So you'd have to first, verify that your movies have imdb id's, and then second, check that Omdb has rotten tomatoes data for that title. If you want to go straight to rotten tomatoes, there is the rotten tomatoes plugin.
