Internal player not indexing chapters when plyaing ISOs

I recently started experiencing this more and more in MBT. For some ISOs (not all), I am unable to skip chapters. Only the 10 second jump forward works but when I press skip, nothing happens. My guess is this has something to do with chapter indexing within the ISOs, but even if MBT can't find markers for original source chapters, shouldn't it still be able to assign its own markers and jump 5 minutes forward at a time? Anyone have suggestions for how to diagnose/fix the problem for these ISOs that don't work?
