T800 9 Posted October 31, 2014 Share Posted October 31, 2014 Is there anyway I can set a transcoding limit in XBMB3C? The only option I have is "Transcoding On/Off". It buffers a lot through XBMB3C but on my browser when I set it to 1Mbps it's fine. Can I set a 1Mbps limit on it somehow? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've found that with the internet connction going up and down at different times of the day/week it's slightly long winded exitting the add on, navigating to the addon settings, saving then reopening the addon and browsing backing to the file. im85288 1493 Posted November 5, 2014 Share Posted November 5, 2014 It does already use the HLS protocol for streaming https://github.com/MediaBrowser/MediaBrowser/wiki/Http-Live-Streaming where it has more than one stream to select from for optimum bandwidth.
