Classic Crashing to MediaCenter

I have attached my 2 log files regarding 2 crashes that happened this evening.

My MBC system is an i3 with 4GB of ram running Win 7 Pro from an SSD.  I have MBS 3.0.5395.0 and MBC 3.0.224.0.  My server is running on a vBox VM on top of FreeNAS.  All my files are on the NAS with the \\server\share relationship over CIFS.

It seems like every time I start MBC it will give me the PROGRAM NOT RESPONDING error and if I cancel it, it will figure itself out for a bit.  Usually, this is followed by a crash back to media centre, or at the least, very slow performance for a period of time.  This is really evident when trying to navigate through the TV series folders.

The CPU usage of the MBC client is always very low, as is the memory usage.  Performance is sometime affected if the server is scanning the library, but sometimes that has little affect.

This MBC and MBS software is awesome.  Just struggling through minor issues and would really appreciate some help in troubleshooting what I am doing wrong.

Thank you,

That looks like two log fragments.  Can you create one log that exhibits the problem and post that so I know exactly what I'm looking at?

I see some garbled data coming from the server and I see a timeout or two waiting to get data back from the server but I'm not sure exactly where the issue is in those log fragments.  I suspect the time-out is the problem but would be easier to tell with a single, complete log where I know exactly what you did and what happened.  Thanks.

OK.

The large log file was truncated due to size requirements.

Here are 3 more logs that happened this morning with 2 crashes in a row.

I am getting these log files from \ProgramData|MediaBrowser-Classic\Logs.  If there are other logs, please let me know.

Thank you for the great software and for the help.

Cheers,

I was still having some difficulty with crashes.  Annoying but I dealt with it.

I decided to check my network and turn off all of the IPv6 stuff.  Also, re-leased all my DHCP addresses and cleared the ARP cache as I have made a bunch of changes.

I also built a new VBox VM specifically for MBS.  Client has not crashed since I did the above.  Not sure if any of the things I did solved anything or it is just too soon to tell, but performance seems good and reliable.

Thanks again for the nifty software.
