Transcoding continues even after client fail

While testing adjustments to a DLNA profile I am working on I noticed that when I get transcoding to feed a DLNA client the transcoding will continue even after the client fails to render the video. The interface reacts properly by hiding the playback controls but the actual ffmpeg process continues to execute. ffmpeg will continue executing until the full transcode ends or the server is shut down.

As I am testing to play to Power DVD I get the following error while trying to reproduce a mkv file.

After clicking OK Media Browser hides the playback controls as if it is receiving the message from the app that the playback stopped. However, ffmpeg continues to transcode the video. Normally, when playback of transcoded video is stopped I noticed MB will stop ffmpeg and deletes the temporary file. However in this scenario the file is never deleted.

You may notice the folder containing temporary transcode files continues to have the temporary ts file created during transcode. The file needs to be deleted manually as stopping the server would not clean it up either.
