The steps are: 1) go to the debug tab in serverwmc 2) click the button at the bottom called 'Edit Settings File...' 3) in this file, search for: IgnoreMergedChannelWithDifferentNumber 4) when you find it change the true to false, so it's like this: <IgnoreMergedChannelWithDifferentNumber>false</IgnoreMergedChannelWithDifferentNumber> 5) then save the file. 6) restart serverwmc See if that brings your channels back. My partner and I want to understand why you had to make this change, so when you have time, change this in the settings file: <Debug_ChannelDetail>true</Debug_ChannelDetail> after you save this file and restart serverwmc, then send me the new log file. After that is done, put Debug_ChannelDetail back to false. The log file will give us info about why your setup needed to have this change. Thanks.
