CoverArt - Not Updating Any New Titles

It has worked flawlessly for years, but now all new titles I put on the HTPC it doesn't update the folder.jpg to the CoverArt format.  It shows the latest version, I'm a paid supporter and shows I am.  

 

I've tried to remove the MB cache with no luck.  I haven't changed anything on the HTPC, only thing I've done was move into a new house....but wifi is working on the computer for sure.

 

 Any ideas on what could be wrong?  Thanks for any help!!

I am having the same problem. Using the most recent release of server then tried the beta but the same problem exist. If I change the treatment to something other than clear case it woks.

Had no crashes, just CoverArt doesn't update my stuff.  It's not all of it, just majority of things especially new items added.

 

Here's a copy of my log, it's greek to me so hopefully you can help?

For CoverArt the log I'll need is the server one and it needs to be when you've just added one of these new items that doesn't treat properly.

Sorry about that, been user of MB for 5 years but still learning this aspect.  I attached 2 logs, one (xxx-1) right when I added new title.  2nd (xxxx-2) was an updated log it showed 2min after.  Hope one of them can help!

It's tell me the 2nd file is too big to upload, though it's only 100k more than previous (xxx-1).  Let me know if you need it.

Unfortunately, neither log has any activity from CoverArt.  Make sure your logging level is set to Debug and be sure you bring up one of the new items in one of the apps (web client is fine) so that the image can be seen.

Seems past weekend when I add new items, they are actually updating.  Older covers aren't though, but some are randomly done.  

 

I uninstalled CoverArt.  Then deleted library.db and libraryinfo.db and restarted the server.  After an hour it was only around 20% so I turned off the projector and let it run over night.  I'll reinstall CoverArt after work and report back.

Unistalling CoverArt and the library, then reinstalling it didn't work.  Tried deleting the default profile so it'd be back to normal with no luck.

 

What I did discover, is if I put it on any other CoverArt other than the ClearCase, it works perfectly fine and everything has a cover again.  Seems there may be an issue with ClearCase for some reason?  

Thoughts?

It doesn't really have anything to do with ClearCase.  Somehow, you've gotten a non-treated version cached that it thinks is ClearCase.  This could happen if an error occurred at some time trying to process it.  We haven't figured a way around that yet as far as client caching is concerned.

 

Try deleting the ImageCache directory on the MBC machine.

I've tried deleting the ImageCache in the hidden folder Program Data.... This is the folder you're talking about right?

 

When I did that, ClearCase was still selected.  Maybe now it's not selected, it'll be able to wipe it possibly?

I still had everything set on the ClearCase when I cleared the ImageCache.  I'm thinking maybe since it's on a different cover now with everything work, it'll actually be able to clear it.
