Issue has started since most recent server install/update

My Movies are pulling either error titles, or doubles of some current movies in my collection (see screen shots) all the blank titles do start with  "_"

However in Metadata Manager everything is perfectly in order

This issues shows in both the web browser and in MBT

thoughts?

it would be easier to look at one specific example, because once we solve one, the others will likely follow suit.

so if you could find one, indicate what is wrong with it, and also show a screenshot of the folder in the file system. thanks.

ok so here's the visual story of whats going on
by the looks of things  the metadata scraping decided to create a second XML file from the same movie file for no reason I can see.   Again this wasn't on all movies just a couple random dozen from what I can tell.   TV shows were completely untouched.  and this happened right after the MBS Version 3.0.5464.40000 was installed

went in metadata Manager today and found that the doubles were listed.  So I went thought and deleted each "ghost" file and so far after doing another Library scan they haven't came back.   I'm wondering if there was some kind of Metadata scrape glitch when I installed the latest server up date.
