Windows MB Server Sporadically Crashing

I’ve been experiencing a problem with MB Server periodically crashing about every one to two days.
 

I recently turned on debug logging so that I could report this and during the latest crash, I was watching a show from a Samsung Smart TV using the Samsung client v.5.15; however, the issue also occurs with Roku v1.78 clients, and using the cloud web client. Logs are attached.

 

I’m running the server as a service and when MB Server crashes the service will not stop, I have to manually kill the MediaBrowser.ServerApplication.exe process in task manager. 

 

When the server crashes, none of the clients can access content and the MB web page is unavailable.

 

I’m currently running 3.0.5490.2; however, the build I was running from late December also exhibited the same symptoms.

 

My server is a Windows 7 virtual machine with 4GB of memory and 8 vCPUs running on a VMware ESXi 5.5 host.
