Video Playback issues

I am running MB Server version 3.0.5490.2 On my main machine which is streaming to three computers all running MB Theater version 3.0.5502.28903 and an Apple Mac using the web service. All bar one work flawlessly in every way. The issue is with the new system I have installed which is an I3 550 with integrated graphics. Which I believe is the intel hd2000. Now the issue seems to be any video that is played back regardless of filetype, size or encoding displays a stutter, jitter or rip. Its hard to explain but i ill try. The middle section of the video flashes a horizontal line and staggers the playback, in my head it look likes the graphics is having a hard time keeping up. So I play various filetypes, MKV, AVI, MP4, etc through VLC and they all play flawlessly without any 'tearing'. these same files all produce the issue within MB. So this, to me, shows that the graphics can handle the stream fine and its something to do with MB. I have gone through the settings within MB and tried every possible connotation of various setups and cant seem to remove this error at all.

I hope that this is enough information but if not please ask and I'll provide. Ive also attached the last log file. 63559004260 is the last one

could be one of a few things, in MBT go into settings and video, i cant remember the name of the settings exactly but try the change framerate on and off to see what happens, also try changing the video renderer. you may need to download madvr which allows you to change a few other video settings like enable smooth motion mode.

i had the same problem on one of my machines, a combination of the settings above fixed it and at the same time improved the quality.

Madvr can be GPU intensive however i find it runs fine on my budget ati card.

I have tried every permutation of settings within MB and nothing seems to work right, most just make the video worse. I'm using onboard graphics - cpu powered so Madvr will be too intensive for this machine.

I have similar issues in MBT on a Core I3 Nuc, when I asked about it I was told MBT has issues with AGP graphics.

I appreciate mbt is still beta but some sort of support response would be nice.

Would it make any difference if I trnascoded on the fly? I've not tried that yet

I never tried that to be honest. I loaded up Kodi with the MB3 addon and have been using that ever since on this machine.

Same issue here.  But perfect playback if I set it to launch MPC -  but with the native MBT player I get stuttering.

NOW -  if I set my TVs framerate in the NVIDIA control panel to 23hz,  I get smooth playback with the native MBT player ..  but that doesnt work for me because other media,  like that from recorded shows in WMC,  are at 60hz and then THOSE will have issues.   And the auto framerate selection in MBT settings doesnt seem to help, even though that SEEMS like it should be the fix.

Its an  old Nforce 9300 embedded video card by the way.
