Trailers not accepting treatments

All trailers are showing up as a open DVD case even though I have trailers set to film in cover art. Is something overriding the cover art?

standard def items like avi, xvid, etc. are configured to show be shown as open case DVD. Under treatments I only have trailers set to the film treatment

So that means they are being identified as a movie probably - or some change in the server is causing a problem here.  I'll need more information to know.  Change the treatment style for your main items and trailers and bring up the trailers in any client.  Then post the server log.

Sorry it has taken me a while to get to this. I have attached the log file. I also uninstalled Cover Art and reinstalled it and the trailers are still taking on whatever treatment I give movies.

Thanks

A quick scan through that log I see nothing but movies.  What trailers have the problem?

All of them. Local and internet ones alike

No, I need you to tell me a specific item from that log that was a trailer...

Try 300: Rise of an Empire and 48 Hours

Neither one of those is processed in that log.

Neither of those titles are in that log either.

You will need to find a trailer and refresh it including downloading new images and then post that server log.
