Auto-Organize not finding files

Well, 2 weird scenarios:

1) Auto-organize will comes up as failed on some episodes, despite the naming comnvention matching that from thetvdb (which I have setup as the primary source)

Example: I have a file with this format  "known.universe.s03e01"

This episode exists within thetvdb.com.  However, it continually comes up as failed when I auto-organize.  I've tried to manually llnk it to the folder but it doesnt do anything.  My folder structure for where the file should be moved to is "Known Universe" with "Season 03" within that folder.  This isn't the only show that does this.  I have a few other shows that will not populate within auto-organize despite there being a corresponding episode list in thetvdb.com.

2) Second problem with auto-organize.  Some episodes simply won't even show up in auto-organize as failed or successful.  They just don't even show up period.

Example: battlestar.galactica.s00e10  This epsidoe exists within thetvdb.com but it doesn't even show up when I use auto-organize.  What's strange is that battlestar.galactica.s00e01 (and a few others) populated just fine.  I can see no discernable difference between my 2 files or their entries in thetvdb.com.  Once again, there are a few episodes that do this as well, not just battlestar galactica.

In both issues, I've checked spelling and even tried some variation of their name but no luck...

For the "known Universe" does that folder already exist ? Or do you want the auto-organizer to create it for you?

Since if i recall correctly that will happen if you don't have the show already in your library.

Other than that attaching a clean log (restart the server) and go run the auto-organize task and finally attach it here might solve this.

Yes the folder exists as well as the the Season 03 subfolder...and yes, I've done a library scan as well...

For #2, the file is most likely under the minimum file size setting. I believe the default is 50MB so you should lower that if you want to auto organize it.

As for #1 I had a similar problem once, and it was because of letter case.

In my case, an episode named "sex and the city SxxExx" wasn't being found and I had to rename it to "Sex and the City SxxExx".

If you have the same problem maybe it's worth reporting it.
