mhaas2 0 Posted March 14, 2015 Share Posted March 14, 2015 I am running Windows 7 Home Premium. I have a Homerun Extend with an OTA antenna. That goes into Kodi Halo amd then into Media Portal. Everything works great up until that point. In MB3 I see the channels with no logos, the schedule is there, also no logos, and I can see the live preview feeds, with no thumbnails that I assume should be there. When I hit play, the play button illiuminats, but nothing happens and no errors are generated. I can watch recorded shows, just not live. My tunners are recognized. I am at a loss with what direction to go. What do I need to give you all so that you may suggest a coarse of actio?. I want so badly to tell Verizon to take a flying leap!!! I can also see channells,episodes and thumbnails, but when I try to play a stream I get a "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error. Hope that hepls! jonas8890 1 Posted March 25, 2015 Share Posted March 25, 2015 I am having a similar issue. I have the HDHR prime connected with cablecard. I am able to schedule and watch recordings through the MB3 web client but I am not able to watch a live feed. When I click the play button it will illuminate but nothing happens. The interesting thing is that I am able to watch a live TV stream in the MB3 android client. I can provide any logs that you think would be helpful. Thanks. jre18 0 Posted March 27, 2015 Share Posted March 27, 2015 (edited) I'm having the same issue as jonas8890. The live tv works when playing form my roku, but not on any other device. When i go to media browser from my pc i'll see all the information for my channels, but when i hit play it lights up and nothing happens. My work around for now was to set the show to record then watch the recording after it has started for about a minute. that works. As suggested in that thread, I have installed the latest server beta and that has fixed the live tv issue for me.
