Slow updates to Latest Episodes

For probably the last 2 or 3 months I've had slow updates on latest episodes section in Media Browser Theater. It does update eventually but it seems like it's 30 min to a few hours later than Next Up (Next Up can also be slow to update but not nearly as slow) Inside the server web interface it seems to update right so it seems to be related to MBT somehow. I have not noticed the issue on my Roku's either. 

 

Just for fun I completely removed and reinstalled MBT and no change. 

 

Anyone have any ideas what's causing this?
