Dan64 30
I'd like to add support for Kodi to my Emby server installation. I know that there is a XBMC3 add-on, but I'm worried that for some movie will be the need of transcoding and since my server is not powerful I prefer avoid this. So I decided to "migrate" all my "xml" metdata files in "Nfo" metatdata both for movies and TV series and then to share the network folders. There is a easy way to perform this "migration" ? Thanks P.S. I have most of my content "locked" Server Version: 3.0.5557.30000 Edited March 28, 2015 by Dan64
Luke 37049
there's no migration. you'd have to change to your new settings, then do some manual refreshes to get metadata created, or just wait for it to get created over time.
Dan64 30
Ok, I have selected for Seasons & Series both .xml and .nfo, giving the priority to .xml. Then I have deleted manually the .xml and then I executed a refresh. The .nfo are generated, but the .xml not. Is this an expected behavior or is a bug ? P.S. I'm running Emby Server Version 3.0.5572.0 on Debian 8 (Kernel: Linux 3.16.0-4-amd64 on x86_64) Edited April 7, 2015 by Dan64
