Not casting new video files, but will cast older ones

Hi all!

 

I've got 3.0.5518.7 installed in Kubuntu 14.10.

 

On first install and first run everything was fine. My video files were detected and I could cast them to my Chromecast using the MediaBrowser app on my Nexus 7. Awesome!

 

Since then I've added several new video files which, while MB will detect them with no thumbnail, won't play in MB (they play fine in VLC), or cast to the Chromecast.

 

My older stuff still plays fine in MB and to the Chromecast.

 

Any ideas as to what I should do/check?
