Error in Server/Web Client When Clicking Download

Did you enable download access for the user?

Yes, that is enabled for all my users. 

 

I am using the Web Client via the app.mediabrowser.tv 'Connect' service from a remote location. Could that be the problem?

We can't respond to most PMs on issues like this.  Having it in the open forum is the best course for everyone.

 

This may simply be the fact that the web-hosted client is based on the stable server version but you guys are using the beta server...?

NANO SHELL

I am currently using server Version 3.0.5569.0. Not sure if that is Beta or not but I just tried it then as well. Still no luck. Cheers Luke

Updated to latest stable release.

 

Logged in via app.emby.com.

 

Tried to download file, but receive the error. My user account definitely has the download access enabled.
