Just bought the 4 theme bundle and its not showing up in MB3 classic...

It wasn't showing up before I bought it, so I figured there must have been an error with the trial period.

 

I bought it (and it shows me as having registered it), but there's no option to switch to the themes in MBC  Only classic, choclate, and subtle show up..  It shows it as being installed (and registered) under the plugins tab.

 

Any thoughts?  Im running the most up to date versions of MBC and MB3 server.

Also having two other issues - metadata isnt downloading at all, and movie themes for the movie theme plugin arent downloading at all....not sure if they are related to the above problem.

You have to install the actual themes.  Those items in the catalog are just ways to register multiples.

Hate to bump this but I'm having the same issue. I am an MB3 supporter and bought the 4 bundle. It shows registered just fine but when I install the individual themes they all show 15 days left on my trial. Something isn't right. Should they register right away?

They are linked (I believe) to the key that you have entered into the server.  Maybe the paypal account email and your server key are not the same email address and there fore don't see the themes as registered.

My key didn't even change and it works fine for MB3 and also an old Harmony registration. I've had this same E-mail forever. Just to be clear - I bought and installed the CMBundle2 which does show as "registered" in MB3 classic and then I installed each theme separately but they show as "15 day trial". Maybe I did something wrong?

They were already licenced.  I didn't change anything but the OP confirmed things started working over the weekend.....????

I am having the exact same issue today, I tried to send you a message Lee, however it says you are unable to receive anymore messages.....help!

 

Looks like you have two different keys due to your PayPal email changing slightly (you removed a '+') and the two keys have not been linked.

I have just checked and can confirm that both keys are the same.

 

I don't know what "both keys" you are looking at but you have two different keys in our system tied to two different emails.

Hmmm ok that's weird. Today I contributed to become a life supporter, when I did so I received an email directly afterwards with a supporter key. About an hour later I purchased the 4 theme bundle and again after doing so I received another email with a supporter key, the key in both emails is identical.

 

What would be the next step from here?

I just tried to retrieve my key using the e-mail address without the "+" and I receive the message "supporter not found". All purchases through paypal come from the email address with the "+" but I am registered with the community using the same address but without the "+", maybe that's where the confusion is coming from?

No, at some point, you registered with an email in PayPal with a space where the + is.  I don't even know how that is possible to tell you the truth but that is what is in our system.

 

PM me the key that you are using.
