My most common use case/requirement is if I fall asleep and miss last 10 mins of show, the 'next up/suggested' moves on and I cant get back to the previous episode without a full navigation of library. Other use cases are when browsing music and wanting to get to an artist view from a compilation track of that artist. Something like On episode objects: jump to season, jump to show, jump next, jump previous. On music tracks: jump to artist. On movies: jump to boxset. on episode objects, perhaps left and right on remote could default to jump previous, jump next? Thanks for considering. Music it might be possible to add a "goto artists" type thing there too. I'll look into both. Left and right works btw on tv episode details screen when coming in from the series/season page because we have the data all there. Shame if the api doesnt identify the metadata around the objects to identify show and season pertaining to an episode? Jump to season would be a very welcome feature. I am curious though why the season of a show is identifyable but not the episode number (and its next/previous). Would the wider request benefit from a feature request of the api to expose additional metadata under next up? gcw07 347 Posted April 24, 2014 Share Posted April 24, 2014 The problem is the loading needs to be fast. Fetching a least 3 items to just get a single page is going to slow it down too much.
