Give subdued or even Xenon a try (i need to upload Xenon to the Catalogue but you can get a side load copy from the plugins section) Subdued allows you to select thumbs, logo, or clear art for display. Xenon prefers Thumbs over everything with posters being the last choice. I have tried my hardest to get Xenon to display thumbs, but the only place that will display thumb pics is the EHS...Am I missing some little check box?? In TV Shows, it displays only Posters for all of my series, no matter which view style I choose(except thumb which shows logo, and detail). Movies view as well. I was looking for something similar to the web client view using Thumb view. I really like the theme and hope I can get this sorted! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

One thing that I noticed, as you will see in the screenshot below is that on the Movies section, the widget view above the bar shows some of my videos with a poster and some with the cover view. Cheesegeezer - installed this last night and had a quick play with it - excellent work - am really loving this theme and it looks fabulous with Shaefurrs disparity images... My main issue wiht it - as yarameus states above - the horizontal menu bar at the bottom of the EHS is too low and obscures some of the text/icons below it... Cheers Sorry - am at work with no access to my htpc - will post one later when I am home, although I have 'stolen' yardemeus' screenshot as it shows the same issue - the horizontal menu bar seems to overshadow the text/icons below and makes them very difficult to read. I am a harmony 555 remote user - the WAF factor again. Cheesegeezer 3086 Posted July 4, 2014 Author Share Posted July 4, 2014 I've resized the datetime bar and margined it in by 5 from right hand edge so can't understand why the fade is still an issue (to move it from the edge) i dont get it on my dev rig. The fade on the RAL selectors(new, unwatched,etc) are like that by design... Not a focal point for the view. You did install from beta and not side load it from alpha. Cheesegeezer 3086 Posted July 4, 2014 Author Share Posted July 4, 2014 @@Cheesegeezer, thanks for the fix on the list view of episode thumbs I have found a couple other things, I didnt see them reported so I thought I'd throw them in here.1. when browsing the EHS, I have TV shows listed first, if I scroll to the right to movies or games etc, and go up and click on a movie or game, when I back out of the game/movie, the view defaults to TV shows. This is the intension as most peeps prefer tv shows and episodes to having a popcorn movie. 2. In movie view, when I click on a movie, the theme video plays. When I back out of the movie, the theme video still plays. Is this by design? I would think that it would stop playing and default back to the pic backdrop's. Ok, this shouldnt happen and independant of this theme, luckily for you me and radeon restructured Luke original code to work properly and are authors of themevideo backdrops, we'll investigate 3. Not sure if this is relevant, since the MBC configurator is no longer relevant, but in the configurator, the Xenon plugin shows up as "Other" instead of "Theme". When I'm on the EHS, if I go over to movies, and up into the recently added movies and click on jack Ryan to see the overview and theme backdrop. One thing I'm still noticing is the overview in the full details isn't completely shown. As in, if the overview is longer, even when it scrolls, you can't read the last line. Clock is fine now, and music is obviously looking for thumbs to display, of which there are none in the music folders I have. Love the Rouge style, by the way. Yeah its like half a line for the last line... Easy fix, but good catch thanks Music should prefer folder images now for songs and albums. Rouge is right in your face isn't it!
