I can fix it by refreshing data but it would be nice to know why it happened because i wouldnt want to have to do this after every update

The file system would be ntfs if the drive is ntfs. if i do properties on the folder Movies, you dont see the file system attribute

no i mean i want to see the contents of the movie folder, not the properties of it

is that the whole thing? where are your metadata files? (assuming you save locally).

RAZ2013

Luke, I have lost access on all MB3 Classic clients after installing Version 3.0.5306.16273 beta update.  I receive this error message on all clients:  "No user profiles are available.  Please ensure all users are not hidden on the server."  Is this possibly being caused by the API Security feature?

Can those with the user profiles issue please grab the dev server that just went up and report back? thanks.

No i dont save them locally. When i made the move to MB3, you didnt have the support of xbmc nfo files yet so i just restarted with mb3

ok, you're on the stable channel, so you're not actually on today's release yet. imagine the new beta with nfo support will go stable sometime during the week. either that or you may have just posted the wrong logs.

So im still experiencing this problem. this time it was my UFC and kids content (that are both identified under movie). I still was able to fix them both by doing a refresh metadata on UFC and Kids (both are in separate folders from my main movie folder). Also not all movies were affected. After the refresh completed, checking reports with the unidentified filter, i get no result, which means they are fixed but i still see this

Version 3.0.5306.42925

Is there anything i can do in MBS to generate some meaningful log because i dont think just posting my current log would yield any indications

well the triangle is there for a reason. unfortunately the web interface doesn't tell you why (yet) - but there's one of two reasons - no internet metadata was available, or there was some kind of failure when downloading metadata. so you should look through the logs. for ufc, you probably want those classified as home videos and then the server won't try to get internet metadata in the first place.

UFC and kids content exist under TMDB so they work just fine when i do a identify or refresh. there are 4 kids baby Einstein videos that are from youtube that i made nfo files for , could they be the problem? It would be weird cuz 2 of those i have had since i started using MBS and 2 of they i added yesterday.
