Hi, I am sure I have missed something obvious, but I have been using mediabrowser for a while now and since the fancy chapter scroll bar was introduced I cannot use the arrow keys to scroll through the dvd menu (for items such as audio setup, navigation etc). I also cannot press enter to play the film from the dvd menu itself. I rip to folders on the server and then play back from there. The playback has always worked perfectly in windows media centre before like this and I cannot play films that have previously worked. When I press and arrow key, or enter to play the film, the scrollbar appears on the bottem on the screen and the 'coverart' in the top right corner.

TV episodes are fine and the keyboard works perfectly.

Anyone know what I have missed?

cheers

BATTLE DONKEY

Go into MBC settings (gear cog in upper right corner) then scroll to Playback, there is a setting labeled "disable for DVD rips" try it n see if it helps

A little different of a problem here and can't seem to find a fix:

Originally I switched to Chrome because it was faster than FF eventhough everything worked in FF.  However, as a media browser Chrome has annoying audio video synch issues and so I've switched back to FF.  But now in FF I can't use the keyboard arrow scroll function when scrolling through my library or any other part of the MB interface.  The keys work fine for all other websites.  I've tried togggling on and off caret browsing in FF to see if that helps but to no avail.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Cheers!

You're in the wrong thread ;).  This is talking about our WMC client app.
