New, more powerful, home server build check

Having run MB3 Server on my Proliant Microserver N54l successfully for a year or so it is now clear that it just doesn't have the grunt when it comes to transcoding.

It was fine doing 1 or 2 at once to stream to Android tablets but now it needs to cope with a possible 4 trancodes at once whilst undertaking it's other server operations.

Put this basket together but wanted a quick sanity check from some experts!

Case: Lian Li PC-Q25B Mini ITX

PSU: Corsair 430w. Should be enough.

CPU: Intel i5 4690S. Powerful but only 65w.

Cooler: Zalman CNPS8000B Ultra Quiet Low Profile CPU Cooler.

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H97N-WIFI LGA1150 Mini-ITX. The 6 x 6gb sata connections are a big win for this board.

Memory : 16gb from old server. Ddr3 2 x 8gb non ecc.

Drives: 1 ssd and 5 spinning rust from old server.

Thoughts? Major issues I may have missed? [emoji3]

Budget is always an issue, but perhaps "find" $100 more for the i7 4790S with hyper-threading? I have an i5 and i7 ivy bridge and the hyper-threading makes a difference with more transcodes in my experience. I average ~25-30% CPU usage per transcode depending upon quality settings and couldn't do 4 streams with the i5 unless the quality was sacrificed.
