Albums all combining together even though metadata correct

I followed the guide for how to structure my Music (ArtistName\AlbumTitle\Tracks) but am having trouble with some of my music. For example, one particular artist (Blindside) called their very first album Blindside. I have 4 albums of theirs. The folder is structured:

 

• Blindside
  • Blindside
  • A Thought Crushed My Mind
  • Silence
  • The Great Depression

The metadata on all of the tracks looks correct. The metadata on the Artist level though is treating the Artist as an album. When I expand out the Artist I see not the Albums but all the tracks from all 4 albums combined.

I have tried refreshing the Music folder and the Blindside folder and it does not help. I used MusicBrainz Picard to edit the album/track data and refreshed and nothing changed.

 

Anyone know how to fix this?
